KaryaKeeper is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for teams to collaborate, track time, and manage projects efficiently. Follow the steps below to set up your account and explore KaryaKeeper’s features.

Sign-Up/Log-In

Getting started with KaryaKeeper is simple and quick. Whether you’re an individual user or setting up a company account, follow the steps below to access your workspace efficiently.
Create a new account or log in with your existing credentials to get started.

If you are setting up KaryaKeeper for your organization, follow these steps for a seamless onboarding experience:

1. Access the Sign-Up Page

2. Fill in Organization Details

You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Organization Name
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • Website (Optional)

Click Next to proceed.

3.  Email Verification

  • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the email address you provided.
  • Enter the OTP in the field provided and click Submit.

4.  Company Creation Progress

  • After submitting the OTP, you’ll see a progress screen indicating that your company profile is being created.

5. Set Your Password

  • Once the setup is complete, you’ll be prompted to create a password for your account.

5. Admin Onboarding

  • The email address used during sign-up will receive an onboarding email.
  • This user becomes the Company
    • Admin and can:
    • Add new users
    • Assign roles (e.g., PMO, Manager and employee)
    • Create and manage projects

🔐 KaryaKeeper Login Process (For Existing Users)

If you already have an account, here’s how to log in:

  • Go to the Login Page
  • Enter Your Credentials
    • Input your registered email address and password.
  • Sign In
    • Click the Sign In button to access your organization’s workspace.
  • Start Managing Projects
    • Once logged in, you can:
      • View and manage assigned projects
      • Collaborate with team members
      • Track progress and updates

  • Go to KaryaKeeper and click “Log In”.
  • Enter your Email and Password.
