1. My Time Report
Purpose: Export personal time entries to track individual working hours.
Steps to Export:
- Navigate to the “My Time” section.
- Apply filters such as date range, projects.
- Click on the Export icon (top-right).
- Your report will be downloaded in Excel format.
2. Team Timesheet Report
Purpose: Export time entries of all team members for performance analysis.
Steps to Export:
- Go to the “Team Timesheet” section.
- Filter by employees, projects, or date range.
- Click the Export icon.
- The report will be saved to your device.
3. Project Timesheet Report
Purpose: Export all time logs for a specific project across team members.
Steps to Export:
- Open the “Project Timesheet” section.
- Apply filters for project, employee, or date range.
- Click the Export icon.
- Access the downloaded file for project-level timesheet data.
4. Project Timelog Report
Purpose: Export detailed time log entries under each task within a project.
Steps to Export:
- Navigate to “Project Timelog”.
- Apply filters such as project name, user, or task.
- Click the Export icon.
- Download and view the file for granular task tracking.
5. Task Timelog Report
Purpose: Export time spent on individual tasks across users or projects.
Steps to Export:
- Visit the “Task Timelog” section.
- Filter by task, user, status, or date range.
- Click the Export icon.
- File is downloaded for detailed time entries per task.
6. Users Export
Purpose: Export the list of users in KaryaKeeper with roles and statuses
. Steps to Export:
- Go to “Staff > Users “.
- Apply optional filters (e.g., role, team, status, reporting manager etc)
- Click on the Export icon.
- Access your downloaded user list.
7. Project Master Export
Purpose: Export metadata of all projects including owner, client, and status.
Steps to Export:
- Go to the “Projects” page.
- Filter by Project satatus, category, type etc.
- Click the Export icon.
- View the downloaded file for complete project information.
8. Task Export
Purpose: Export all tasks in the system for sprint planning or tracking.
Steps to Export:
- Open the “Tasks” section.
- Apply filters like active or completed.
- Click the Export icon.
- Download and open the exported task report.
9. Project Health Report
The Project Health Report in KaryaKeeper provides a comprehensive snapshot of a project’s progress and resource utilization, helping stakeholders assess whether a project is on track, at risk, or off schedule. This report is accessible from the Project Detail Page and can also be shared via email in a tabular format.
📌 Key Metrics Included:
- Estimated Hours
- Total hours initially planned for the completion of the project.
- Last Week
- Hours logged during the last reported week.
- MTD (Month-to-Date)
- Total hours logged in the current month till date.
- YTD (Year-to-Date)
- Total hours logged in the current year.
- Total Hours
- Aggregate of all hours logged on the project.
- Excess Hours
The difference between Estimated Hours and Total Hours logged.- A negative number indicates overrun (extra time consumed).
- A positive or zero value means the project is within planned limits.
- % Complete
- Completion percentage based on task or milestone progress.
- Projected Hours
- The recalculated expected effort required to complete the project based on current trends.
- Health
A color-coded status indicator that shows the current health of the project:- 🟩 Green: Project is on track; within estimated effort and schedule.
- 🟧 Orange: Project is at risk; nearing the effort limit or facing delays.
- 🟥 Red: Project is in critical condition; over-utilized hours or significantly delayed.
📤 Steps to View the Health Report:
- Go to the “Projects” section.
- Click on a specific Project Name to open the Project Detail Page.
- Click on the “Project Health Report” button.
- View the visual health indicators, total vs. estimated hours, and overall completion status. Use this dashboard to monitor project status, identify risks, and take corrective action.
Note: As of now, the Project Health Dashboard is not exportable as a file but provides live visual analytics to help with ongoing project management.
General Export Tips:
- Exported files are typically saved in CSV or Excel format.
- Use filters wisely to generate custom reports or export the entire dataset.
- Look for the Export icon (usually located in the top-right of list pages).
- All downloaded reports will be saved to your system’s Downloads folder.
